DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF THORACIC INJURIES AND TRAUMATIC HEMOPNEUMOTHORAX

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyze diagnosis and treatment patients with traumatic chest injuries hemopneumothorax in UMHATEM "N. I. Pirogov ". Material Methods: Data on 113 thoracic trauma were processed within a retrospective clinical analysis for period 1.1. 2016 2018 General, Visceral Emergency Surgery Section "Pirogov. Results: In our study, among patients, 43 had pneumothorax, 29 hemothorax, hemopneumothorax, 2 tension pneumothorax others 21 only rib fractures. Associated confirmed (38.05%). From all group, managed conservatively, 89 tube insertion 3 thoracotomy. Conclusions: majority injury can be performed emergency surgery by conservative management or mini-intervention- tube. Tube thoracostomy was evaluated important pleural collections blunt penetrating trauma. Therefore it recommended as first-line therapeutic approach.
